Frequently Asked Questions
Click on any event to view details. Select your ticket type and quantity, then click "Buy Tickets". You'll be prompted to create an account or log in. Complete payment using card, mobile money, or bank transfer. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tickets.
After logging in, go to My Tickets to view all your purchased tickets. Each ticket includes a QR code for entry. You can also access tickets from the confirmation email sent after purchase.
Ticket transfer and refund policies are set by individual event hosts. Check the event details page for specific policies. To request a transfer or refund, contact the event host through their event page or contact our support team for assistance.
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, log into your account and visit My Tickets to access your tickets. You can also contact support with your order details for assistance.
